The results of a new study, performed by Dr. IssaDahabreh at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston, has recently been released. The study, published in the March 23 issue of Journal of the American Medical Assn., found that irregular sex and excercise has an increased risk of heart attack in people that do not get regular exercise. In fact, those who are out of shape are 2.7 time more likely to have a heart attack during or soon after sex, and 3.5 times more likely when exercising. The researchers made sure to note that those who exercise regularly lower their chance of a heart attack by 45%. However, in those who are not normally active there can be problems.
Moral Of The Story:
Regular sex... and excercise can help keep you healthy.
