Kenneth Rhodes was recently convicted in the case of a rape that took place in 2006. Instead of the three year prison sentence that was asked for by the prosecutor, Judge Robert Dewar gave Rhodes a two year conditional sentence. His reasoning: The young woman in this case was wearing a revealing tube top sans bra, and that made her intentions known. Dewar described Rhodes as a "clumsy Don Juan" rather than a rapist. Dewar was also quoted as saying, "I'm sure whatever signals were sent that sex was in the air were unintentional."

Moral of the Story:

If you don't want to get raped, don't dress like a slut. If you don't want to get raped by your justice system, well you're out of luck.
