You simply reach in and grab it. Use either your thumb and index finger or index and middle fingers and feel around until you find it. Be careful not to push it further up because that can cause issues. Using a bit of water-based lube will make that more comfortable for you.
Try sitting, with your legs open, on the edge of the bed or squatting. Those positions will make it easier to feel around. You might need to try a few positions as every vagina is as unique as a snowflake.
If you can't find it, visit a doctor who can to take a look. If you want to avoid a doctor, then have your partner try to locate it. He's coming at it from a different angle and could find it easier. Plus, he'll already be down there to do other things once the condom is retrieved.
